Established in 2001, the McGrath St George group has grown rapidly from a small team of only 5 to a successful business of over 70 personnel, currently spanning over 4 offices in the Sydney regions of Brighton Le-Sands, Sans Souci, South Hurstville and Revesby.
The group's impressive expansion over the years had resulted in a vast amount of content spread across multiple platforms – hardly the ideal user experience for their clients! The primary goal of the web design project was to unify their brand under one cohesive site and to engage the South Sydney community on a personal level.
A focus on clean layouts, white space and an emphasis on real community photography paid dividend to the primary objective. The new McGrath website is a 'must go to' resource for local residents looking to buy, sell or rent. Everything is readily accessible, from finding the ideal agent to knowing whether it's your responsibility to change a light bulb as a tenant. The UX design is significantly clean and at the same time easy to use.
